Fun Day
Woohoo, it’s fun day today. I just can’t wait to see lots of my friends and family and have a good run with them all. When I’m not in Switzerland the only Entlebuchers I tend to see are the other ones I live with. I miss my morning walks with Mama and Valeria, Falk and Megan. It makes it extra special on days like today when I know I’m going to see lots of dogs who are just like me. Ok, there aren’t any dogs out there exactly like me, but you get the general idea. I’ve been practicing playing ball and they are going to be so surprised when they find that finally I seem to have got the hang of it. Not only that, but I’ve got really good at catching a ball, which I never thought I’d get to say. Fun Day here I come!
Family Visits
We’ve been doing family visits on route to the fun day. It’s great to see everyone but there was one disappointment in all of it. Normally when I come down here, I get to see my friend Koppa to have a walk and a catch up. When Mum told me he’s got other plans and can’t go for a walk with me I was so disappointed. I think we’re going for a walk along the river tomorrow anyway as Mum wants to see if the otters are there. It’s a good excuse to be out in the fresh air so I’m certainly not complaining, although I’m less interested in the otters.
I am wondering if there is any possibility of persuading Mum to let me have an ice cream now that I’ve lost weight. She only said yesterday that I seem to be in lovely shape now, so maybe she will relent just a little bit and let me be naughty. Paws crossed.
