Not visiting Pebbles
Mum is not visiting Pebbles today. She may go on Tuesday instead, but we aren’t sure yet. She really does want to see her again before it’s time to pick her up and Tuesday is Mum’s last opportunity as we’ll be off to Switzerland a couple of days after that. I’m actually pleased she isn’t going today. It means she can work on the list of jobs I have for her. She still has more hedges to cut and I really want her to finish most of that before we go away too. I’ll let her off the trees she has to prune. She can do those when we’re back as she’ll need Dad to help.
My hydrotherapy
I was a very good girl at hydrotherapy. Mum asked if I was feeling ok as I didn’t bark once. I just didn’t feel like barking – there aren’t many days I can say that. Mind you, I did bark at the builders, but only a little bit. Even I can have a quiet day once in a while. It doesn’t have to mean there’s something wrong.
I’m still building up my exercise time in the water, but it’s going ok. I can tell it’s doing me good and I’m definitely rebuilding some of my muscles and am a little more even on my back legs.
Our first Christmas
This weekend is our first Christmas. We have my older human brother and his fiancé coming to stay. I’m so excited. I haven’t seen him for ages. The other reason to be excited is that there will be nice food around. I just need to make sure I’m in the right place at the right time – sitting on the kitchen floor, under where Mum is working should do it!
Love
