Crazy dog has left the building
Crazy dog has left the building – I’m joking, at least a little bit. I did wake up feeling a little less bonkers today. Oh, I’ve had episodes of body slamming Mum, but I did allow myself to be pacified with chews, Kongs and treats. Today wasn’t one of those days where I spent the whole time being manic and wouldn’t leave Mum alone. Mum said she was very grateful for a day to recover and has asked if she could have another one today. Of course I told her that was anybody’s guess. It’s far too early in the day to know.
Playing football
As a treat, because I was being good, Mum came out to watch me playing football. I really like having an audience. Don’t ask me why, but it’s one of those games which is much better played with someone watching you.
I’m hoping that Mum will take time out to watch me again today. As long as it stays dry she has promised we will do some gardening this afternoon. Mum is planning to continue cutting the hedges. I’m planning to distribute the bits she cuts off all around the garden. She has a garden seat to put back together too. Hopefully once it’s built I can try it out to see what I think.
She has promised that it is replacing one of the ones I don’t like. I find it difficult to get comfortable on one of the old ones, so don’t tend to sit in it. Mum says it’s got a wonky leg, which is why she doesn’t like it. For me it’s the holes in the metal that I get my claws caught in if I’m not careful. It’s ok when Mum puts a cushion on it, but it’s not great otherwise.
