We have a plan
We have a plan for the rest of the building work. That means we are hopeful that the end is in sight. I’m not getting too excited as there are still a number of weeks to go, but we should be finished in plenty of time before Christmas. Mum always wanted to make sure everything was finished before we get Pebbles and whether Pebbles comes from a UK or overseas litter that should not be possible. You cannot know how exciting the thought is for me of life going back to the pre-builder days. Of course, back then there was Aristotle to annoy, but I’ll find plenty to do with my time now too.
Choices to make
There are some choices to make so that the work can be finished. I’m not involved in all of them, but there are some which I’m critical too. They are mainly concerned with things like how the final fencing will be so that there are no gaps to get out through. Mum and I are pretty good at knowing what an Entlebucher might do, but we’re a lot vaguer when it comes to Corgis. For one thing they’re smaller. I just don’t know what sort of gap they can go through. I don’t suppose they can jump as high as me, most dogs can’t, but do they dig? We don’t know the answers.
Confusion
There seems to be some confusion over when my rabies vaccination is due. I had an email from our local vet saying it was due in early September. I’ve asked Mum if she can go in to talk to them as it’s pretty important that I get it right. She says she’s checked my passport and it definitely says October. I’ve asked her nicely if she’ll check all the same as I’d hate to miss out on my Swiss trip for something as silly as that. She’s going to take my passport over with her for them to look at.
