Looking back
Mum was looking back yesterday. She couldn’t think where on earth the last year has gone. We were talking about the jobs needing doing in the garden and Mum was trying to work out how we’ve got so far behind. We started looking through the year’s photos and so much has happened.
Last August Mum started the work to the house, by decorating the office and painting all the bookcases. We did that so we had somewhere to hide when the main work began. September was when Rafa came to stay with us for a few weeks and life was just totally bonkers. In October the builders started. Oh I could go on, but the long and the short of it is that it has been a heck of a year. I think it rained for most of the year too.
Good luck to Ruby
My brother Salvo hasn’t been well the last couple of days, so he can’t go to take part in the tv filming. Our friend Ruby is going instead. Good luck, Ruby. You’ve totally got this.
What was funny was that they needed an Old English Sheepdog for the filming too. When we were out walking we bumped into one, so Mum talked to the humans to see if they were free to go and join the filming. Sadly they weren’t and besides they now probably think Mum is totally bonkers.
Day out
Mum has asked if I’d like to go out for the day on Thursday. Usually I’d jump at the chance, but I’ve had to say I need to see how I feel. I’ve really not been myself and am going to the vet to talk about it with them. Mum says it’s up to me and if I’m feeling up to it we’ll go somewhere nice, just the two of us. I’d like that, but I want to talk to the vet first.
Love
Wilma
