Still in a cone
I’m still in a cone, but there is good news. My ulcer has healed and my eyes are producing enough tears. However, the sutures are still dissolving in my right eye, which is why it feels sore and itchy. Until they’ve gone I need to keep the cone on so that I don’t rub my eye. It will be another couple of weeks, which is really annoying.
The other good news is that I now only have to be on two different eye drops twice a day. The bad news is that I will be on them for the rest of my life. Oh the joys.
Fast moving sloth
I always thought that sloths were supposed to be slow moving creatures. Pebbles has other ideas. Sloth has been doing high speed circuits of the garden in Pebbles mouth. Every time Pebbles has the opportunity to go outside, Sloth has to go too. Sometimes she’s goes back to get Reindeer so that he doesn’t feel left out. Mum spends half her time going round the garden to bring them back when it’s time for Pebbles to come inside.

Frustrating Day
It’s going to be a frustrating day for Pebbles today. She just wants to take part in what’s going on for the Club breeding test in the garden. She can’t be around while Mum sets things up as she’d be running off with all the props. She can’t be around while it’s happening as she’d distract everyone. So she’ll just have to wait until the serious part is out of the way. Mum says that if she’s a good girl, Mum will walk her through the character tests so she can learn a little of what to expect. She’ll still run off with everything, but at least Mum will have more time to go round the garden and find where she puts them.
