Happy Wilma – 1st February 2020

Happy Wilma

Dad is home and I’m a happy Wilma. I just love showering him with kisses when he’s here. I never tire of it and thankfully Dad doesn’t either. We were all pretty happy to see him, including Mum. He has been telling me all about the snow they’ve got in Switzerland. I’d already seen pictures as my Mama’s human sent me some of my mountain too. Dad had to get his little snow plough out to move the snow so he could get the car out of the garage. He fell over, which wasn’t good, but just seems a bit bruised. I said I could have helped, but he’s not sure I’d be safe to operate the machine.

I would not stop moving for the photo

Trying to Plan

Mum wants to plan some things in the diary, but it’s impossible because of Alfie. She just doesn’t know what to do. Mum doesn’t think it would be fair for Alfie to have to stay in kennels, even though he seems quite a bit better physically. She is taking him with her everywhere she can at the moment. He copes with being in the car for a couple of hours at time. Other than that he hates if she goes away from him. He is going to the vet on Wednesday for a full examination, but I think the vet is as surprised by him as we are. Mum’s not very good at just taking a day at a time.

Aristotle

The other problem with the amount of time Mum is having to spend with Alfie is Aristotle. He’s the one of us who is missing out on time with her. He’s been behaving quite badly as a result so she says we all need to try to make him feel a bit happier. Honestly, anyone would think me pouncing on him when he isn’t looking didn’t do that!

Love Wilma
