Gardeners
We have some gardeners here today helping to get our garden back into shape. I quite liked the shape it was in, but apparently humans prefer things a little less overgrown. I offered to go and help and point out the plants I wanted to keep, but apparently I don’t have a say in that either. Mum especially wants to make sure that things which are a risk to me and Pebbles will be removed. It’s not such a big deal for me. I don’t put everything I find in my mouth, but I do remember what it was like being a puppy.
Apparently, my weakness was trying to eat gravel. Mum had to be really careful not to let me get my head down where there was gravel. Now, I can see why that might have been a problem. I really don’t know what I must have been thinking. I guess we all have our issues.
My room
Mum is starting to sort my room out this week too. I guess I will have to remember that it’s not just my room, but mine and Pebbles. We will each have our own crate in their for when we need it, but I shan’t mind too much if she wants to get in with me when she’s small. I guess she has to learn to get used to a crate first. If she’s like me she’ll love having a space of her own once she gets it how she wants it.
Then there’s the question of feeding bowls. I have a raised bowl with my name on. It will be too high for Pebbles while she’s little, so I don’t have to share that. She can choose which of the bowls in the cupboard she has and then when she’s bigger she can have a raised one too.
