Belgium

I’m going to Belgium and when I do I’m going to be like Alfie and get a Belgian passport. Wilma is very proud of her Swiss passport and she says it makes travelling easier. Mum asked the vet in Belgium if it might be possible for me to be issued with a Belgian one and they said yes. I’m so excited. Mum says I’m always excited and I suppose that’s true.

Hyperactive

Mum says I’m hyperactive. She’s been trying to find more things to occupy me and keep me out of mischief. I had a feeding toy, but the food I have now is too big to fit in it. Wilma found me a new one on Amazon and I LOVE IT. It makes a noise as I roll it around the floor. And it’s just the right shape to pick up in my mouth and run about with.

What’s funny is that I don’t like just eating out of a bowl, there’s no fun in not having to work for my food.

The other thing Mum has bought and needs to show me how to use is a dog doorbell. It will mean I can ring it when I want to go outside, so Mum can open the door. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and there isn’t a door to outdoors from there. It gets a bit confusing when I need a toilet, so I sometimes get things wrong.

Wilma update

Wilma is fed up with wearing a collar and having to spend so long in her crate. She got a bit whiny – Mum says I’m a good one to comment on that. Mum has been given her my frozen Kong toys to keep her amused. Wilma’s much better at getting all the banana and kibble out than I am. She works hard on it for ages until she has it all. I get bored long before that. I get bored really easily. That may be why Mum says I’m hyperactive.
