Pebbles had fun – Sunday 14th September 2025

Pebbles had fun

Pebbles had fun yesterday. She had a lovely surprise. Mum hadn’t told her that it was one of her older sisters who was coming to do her breeding test. In the end her Mum came too. After the testing was over, Mum let Pebbles come out into the garden to see them. Oh how they ran. I stayed inside to watch. Pebbles was in her element. Once her Mum and sister had had enough Pebbles just wanted to carry on. She was so excited to see her breeder that she peed everywhere too.

Unfortunately, Mum didn’t take any photos of them. I think she was too busy watching the fun Pebbles was having.

The car tyre

It turns out that it’s not Mum’s car tyre but the valve that needs replacing. Fortunately, she’s found somewhere that can do it on Tuesday, which means our plans for the week can go ahead. We’ve got a lot on and can’t really do it all without Mum as our chauffeur. Pebbles obviously has her training class and I’ve got my hydrotherapy, but I’ve also got a heart scan this week and I can’t go on my own.

It all works quite well as long as it doesn’t rain too much as it means that until Mum gets the car fixed she won’t be going very far. We’re planning a gardening couple of days, which suits us all very well. I put duvet day down as my first choice, but gardening is good too.

Dinosaur fleece coat

Pebbles’ Mum and sister both had dinosaur fleece coats that looked really fun. Now Pebbles says she wants one and has asked Mum if she can have one for her birthday. Mum said she was thinking of getting her a harness, but Pebbles says she’ll be happy to keep wearing my old harness if she could have a dinosaur coat instead. Mum is staying firm at the moment, but I suspect it will be easy to wear her down.

Love and licks
