Wilma thinks there may have been a fox party in the orchard. She and mum see the aftermath in a different light.

We have a persistent pigeon – says Wilma – and it may come down to a battle of wills between the pigeon and Mum.

The sheep have been ganging up on Mum. Wilma supposes it’s only happening because she isn’t there to reassure them.

Yesterday was the removal of the pigeon nest. Today they are trying to rebuild it. The moths have take over as well.

Wilma witnessed a real life disaster recovery situation in operation yesterday. It was very impressive – humans could learn something.

We have a pigeon squab – it’s not easy to see, but a little eye blinked back at Wilma when she watched for a while.

Mrs Pigeon is sitting on eggs – for that matter so is Mr Pigeon. There’s just one small problem as far as Wilma can see.
