Just for fun
Just for fun I offered to go to Pebbles training class instead of her. Mum thought it was a good idea. Pebbles was beside herself. She loves going to training. It’s mainly about seeing her friends. At no point has it occurred to Pebbles that she is there to learn. She loves seeing Maggie, Dexter, Otis, Ernie, Toby and Maisie. I think I may have missed some, but it’s hard to remember all of Pebbles friends. When I was young, I used to get close to one dog at a time. I did have multiple friends, but I always liked seeing them on a one to one basis. Pebbles is very happy to play with all of them – whether they wanted to play or not.
Anyway, I’m not going to training, but Pebbles is. Whilst Pebbles is very hard work for Mum in her training class, at least she doesn’t spend the whole class barking, which was my speciality!
Tuesday Dog Day
Of course being Tuesday it is Dog Day in this house. Pebbles has her class this morning and then I go to my swimming class this afternoon – well hydrotherapy anyway, I just prefer to think of it as a swimming lesson and not about my health. It doesn’t help that I’ve been having a bad week and am likely to get confused about where to put my paws on the treadmill. Perhaps I could get Pebbles to go to my hydrotherapy on my behalf instead.
At least it doesn’t matter so much if it rains today. Mum was getting really fed up yesterday as every time she tried to do anything in the garden the rain started. At least the garden is looking nice and green and we aren’t needing to water everything. I guess you just have to find the plus side whatever the weather.
