Tarn Hows Again – Tuesday 28th March 2023
Wilma went to Tarn Hows again and this time had the opportunity to walk all the way around. Now she’s back home and life seems very quiet.

Yesterday Wilma walked around Buttermere and then did the Old Railway walk from Threlkeld to Keswick and back. She walked a long way.

Wilma’s day yesterday included Rydal Water and a number of surprises – some of them good and some of them not so good.

Yesterday Wilma went to Derwent Water and had stops at Friar’s Crag, Ashness Bridge and the Bowder Stone amongst other places.

The Lake District is very different to the lakes and mountains that Wilma knows so well, but she’s getting used to the wild beauty.

Arrow Valley Country Park – Monday 6th March 2023
Wilma had a lovely walk with her friends at Arrow Valley Country Park. This time she didn’t get lost and they had a great time.

Both Wilma and Aristotle have decided that it’s too cold. Mum has downed tools in protest as they’ve gone inside to get warm.

‘Did you miss me?’ asks Wilma as she is finally back at work after her operation. She has so much to look forward to.

Yesterday was a long day – and sadly for Wilma Mum and Dad’s behaviour made it feel even longer. She is glad to be home!
