Yesterday was split between lake and town – it was a good day, but definitely tiring. Wilma feels quite pleased withe herself.

I’ve been overdoing it a little. I can’t help myself. I love life and throw myself into my enjoyment of it a little too much.

Sisters are the best – says Wilma after another lovely day seeing one of her own. She is really starting to chill out this holiday.

Yesterday I was back on my mountain and it felt every bit as good as I had been hoping for. I ran more than I have in months.

I’m busy packing my bags – says Wilma as she starts to get excited about visiting her homeland. She just can’t wait.

The heat was just too much yesterday, but despite that Wilma had a day full of surprises and some of them were good ones.

Yesterday I was taken by surprise when there was a change of plan. As it turned out it was far better from my point of view.

Yesterday was a bank holiday and Wilma thought there were too many people on her mountain. Today she’s going to a different mountain.
