My Best Life
There are days I really am quite sure I’m living my best life and yesterday was one of them. In the morning we went up to Wilma’s Mountain. Ok, so I know that’s not it’s real name but that’s what Mum calls it. It’s really called the Raten and we just love it up there. I love it because there is so much space to run about safely and Mum doesn’t worry about me. Mum loves it because it gives her the most amazing sense of peace and freedom. The air is so clean and the views are wonderful. Yesterday was even better because I could share it with my mama, my sister Valeria, Falk and Megan. Falk is a lovely old man now. He’s the father of Shadow’s third litter and he’s such a gentleman. He reminds me of Alfie.
Drying Out
I had a lovely snooze when we got home while Mum got on with her work. I had to take my collar and my harness off and hang them up to dry. Thankfully the sun came out eventually and Mum was able to hang them outside, otherwise they would still have been wet when I needed to go out in them again. I do hate wearing wet clothes.
Ice Cream
When dad came home we all went back up to my mountain so that Mum could get an ice cream. Going there twice in one day was simply wonderful. And I’m doing it again today. How lucky am I? It gets better as we’ve got plans to go up the Rigi tomorrow and then on Sunday we’re going for a bar b q on my mountain. I am one very happy dog. I get could very used to my life being like this. It really is rather special.
Love
Wilma
