Dog Friendly Hotels in Northamptonshire

We will include here Dog Friendly Hotels in Northamptonshire that our correspondents report on. Giving our usual bone rating, with six being the highest award.

Holiday Inn Rugby Northampton – On the whole we liked this hotel. It has a big car park and bins. It’s only just off the motorway if you are travelling so cuts down on the time in the car. There are plenty of public areas that you are allowed in and the rooms are plenty large enough for your bed and bowl not to cause a problem. You will need to take your own bed and bowl though. The only real drawback is that the heavy closers on the room doors mean it can be a bit noisy, so if you are a dog of a nervous disposition you might find an opportunity to bark. We give it three and a half bones.

Campanile Hotel, Northampton – We liked this hotel. We were made welcome and our humans could sit in the lounge area with us, so no problems when it came to them eating. There is a car park around the hotel and although walking is mainly along the roadsides there are wide grassy verges, so it’s not too bad. It was a little walk to a bin, but we found one. The rooms were a good size and have a couch which with your blanket on was very comfortable to sit on. You do need to take your own bed and bowl. We give it four bones.
