So much fun – Monday 1st July 2019

So much fun

I had so much fun playing with other dogs at the weekend. It is great when I have to go into kennels as there are simply loads of dogs willing to play ‘chase me’. On the whole that is by far my favourite game. It really helps to pass the time when I’m away from Mum. The only problem is that once I do get home, I’ve got about enough energy to say hello to her before falling asleep for ages. I have to make the most of it because I don’t get to stay in kennels very often. I will be going in again just for a day before we go on holiday, but I think it’s a while before my next proper stay.

Exciting week

Now I’m home I need to get my beauty sleep as it’s an exciting week ahead. Not only will Dad be home for the weekend again, but I will get to try playing Treibball. I have so wanted to do this for a long time. AS long as I don’t just get over excited and spoil it for myself. I don’t know whether you’ve ever seen Treibball, but what you have to do is work with your human and move a series of balls into a net as they direct you. I’m not sure whether I’m going to be able to remember my left and right and that might be a bit of a problem. Of course, if Mum is standing the other way round to me I might not know if she means her right or my right and that won’t help.

Holiday

I’m also getting really excited about going on holiday. I think Mum is planning plenty of mother daughter time, which is just perfect. She says she needs a bit of a rest and relaxation and I can help with that. Then I get a little bit of time in Switzerland even if it is only a few days. I need Mum to email Mama and my sister to see if they will be around.
